Delays

• Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, holidays) are beyond our control, but we’ll keep you informed.

If there is no unboxing video, ANY KIND OF COMPLAINTS WILL BE STRAIGHTLY DECLINED (no excuse on that). So make sure you take an unboxing video to avoid any inconvenience. The unboxing videos should start with showing the Parcel 360° and then the video should be with no edits & trim in between. Any of these acts will lead straightly to declining of the complaint.

Ensure you provide accurate delivery address, specifically PINCODE and contact number. In case of a delivery returned back to us as a result of incorrect or insufficient address, you are required to pay for the shipping charges again. As our team works hard to get your order dispatched at the earliest, ensure a careful review of the details of your order including the address. Stella Sombra cannot make any changes in the order details once you click submit.
